Banana Bread
3 ripe bananas
1 cup organic sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
2 eggs
¼ cup sunflower oil
1 ¼ cups unbleached flour
¼ cup ground Flax seed
½ cup almond, coconut or rice milk
Mash bananas with baking soda. Add sugar and salt, mix until blended.
Add eggs and oil and mix until blended. Add flour and baking powder
then milk, whisk until smooth. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at
275° F for 2 hours.
