Chicken
Soup
3 or 4 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
6 cloves garlic, chopped
8 cups chicken broth
1 stalk celery, chopped
6 carrots, chopped
½ white onion, chopped
5 potatoes, peeled and cut into 8 pieces each
1 tsp. each coriander, oregano, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper parsley
freshly ground pepper and lemon pepper
1/8 cup flour whisked with ½ cup cold water
In large saucepan, cook chicken, garlic and Montreal chicken spice. Add
broth and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat to
low to medium. Simmer for 1 hour.
