Deviled Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1/8 tsp onion powder
paprika
To cook eggs, place eggs in medium saucepan ½ filled with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes or turn off after it reaches
boiling point and leave it on the burner for 30 minutes. Peel off
shells and cut in half, lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in
bowl. Add Mayo, mustard and onion powder. Mix well. Spoon
mixture into whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
