Eggsagna
Lasagna Sheets, ready to use
12 eggs
1 cup milk
salt, pepper, lemon pepper, parsley, and cilantro
1 to 2 tomatoes, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
5 mushrooms, diced
8 slices of bacon, precooked
½ cup desired cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk all ingredients except the lasagna sheets,
cheese, and bacon, in a large bowl. Pour enough of the mixture to cover
bottom of 12 X 8 casserole dish. Layer lasagna sheets over the mixture,
followed by more of the mixture. Repeat and add slices of bacon and cheese.
Cook for an hour and let rest for 10 minutes.
