Mint Fudge
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
300 ml can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp peppermint flavouring
Combine in saucepan. Heat on low until chocolate is melted
and smooth. Pour into a 9-9 inch pan, lined with wax paper or
parchment paper. Place in refrigerator for and hour or two
before cutting.
