Nachos
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 Spanish onion, chopped
desired peppers, chopped
hamburger or finely sliced thin steak
1 pkg. taco or nacho seasoning
water
1 bag of nacho chips
¾ cup of mozzarella
¾ cup cheddar or marble cheese
add some Gouda, if desired
¼ cup milk
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp cayenne pepper, if desired
1 tsp crushed chillies, if desired
In skillet, cook garlic and meat until done. Stir in seasoning and amount
of water required, according to directions on pkg. Simmer for time
specified.
Spread nacho chips on serving platter or pizza pan. Place the meat
on top of chips. Add onions and peppers. Put on olives, if desired.
Grate cheese and place in medium sized, microwave safe bowl. Stir
in mayo and milk and spices, if you want spicy cheese sauce. Microwave
on high for 3-4 minutes. Stir and pour over nachos.
