Peanut Butter and Butterscotch
Marshmallow Treats
½ cup butter
1 pkg. (300g) butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 pkg. (250g) coloured, mini marshmallows
Melt butterscotch chips, peanut butter in double boiler. Remove
from heat and add marshmallows; stir. Pour mixture into an 8 inch
square pan, lined with wax paper or parchment paper. Refrigerate
for two hours before cutting into squares. Keep in the fridge until
ready to serve.
