Better Than Chocolate
Dessert
Base:
1 cup flour
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup cashews, chopped or ground
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (250 g) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. each instant chocolate and vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 litre cool whip, divided
strawberries, optional
1 large Hershey chocolate bar
Mix flour, butter and cashews; press into large, rectangular pan. 
Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.  Let cool completely.  Mix cream cheese 
and powdered sugar.  Fold in 1 cup of cool whip, spread over base. 
Slice and place strawberries (if desired) over cheese mixture.  Combine 
pudding mixes and milk.  Beat well until thickened, spread over 
cheese/strawberry layer. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer. 
Cut or grate, with carrot peeler, chocolate bar to garnish.  Refrigerate or 
freeze for several hours before 
serving.
