Eggnog Cookies
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup organic sugar
1 egg
1 tsp rum or brandy
½ cup eggnog
2 ¾ cup unbleached flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp each, cinnamon and nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350°.  Pray two cookie sheets with cooking spray. 
In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter.  Add brandy or rum and 
eggnog.  Continue to beat.  Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, 
and nutmeg.  Mix.  Form into 1-inch balls and bake for 11 minutes.
