Honey Cookies

​3 tbsp. butter
½ cup organic sugar
1 cup liquid honey
2 eggs
½ cup milk
4 cups unbleached flour
3 tsp baking powder

Cream butter, sugar and honey. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in milk, flour
​and baking powder. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop by teaspoon on a
​greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350° F.
