Sex in the Pan


Base:
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ cup butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
3 ½ cups cool whip, divided
6 oz. Pkg. chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
1 oz. Milk chocolate, shaved

Combine pecans, flour, sugar and butter. Press into 9-16 inch pan.
​Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, icing
​sugar and ½ of the cool whip. Spread over the cooked base. Beat
​pudding mix with milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate
​until set. Cover with remaining cool whip and garnish with shaved
​chocolate.
