Materials:
shallow pans/containers
assorted colours of paints
several small, drivable cars, trucks, buses, etc.
large pieces of white paper
Pour paint in pans/containers. Let children drive cars, etc through paint (one at a time) and then drive cars on the paper, to see the different kinds of tracks left behind. Have children choose different vehicles and different colours of paint each time. Encourage vehicle sounds as children are driving and painting.
